STAR WARS
TITLE TBC
Session 0
The Characters Are Generated
It is a period after the end of a civil war. But there are still plenty of Imperial leftovers to fight. And probably some kind of weird Force thing, especially because we have a slightly Force using PC in the party.
Summer Dolen, child of Rebels, first posting in charge of maintaining a Republic ship (with a crew of two other people) and keen to do her best. Kaylee from Firefly as played by Kaitlyn Dever.
The Characters Meet And Get In Trouble
A roguish space pilot, a young and uncertain Force user, a sensible Republic Ranger, a grim old Rebel gunner and an upbeat engineer (me) in a relatively nice but still small Republic go-on-missions ship.
Off to see why a planetary system isn't responding. And yes, it's Imperial holdouts stealing ore from the main planet's Important Mineral mine.
I got to shock-baton one of the Stormtroopers.
Session II
Lots Of High Platforms With No Handrails
Escaping from the spaceport involved the kind of thing that happens a lot in Star Wars and especially its video games. So there was quite a bit of doubling back to avoid plunging to our deaths as THIS game doesn't have a reload option.
Session III
The Warlord
A former Imperial general turned local tyrant. He does some gloating, and in return we do some sabotaging of his stolen cargo. He gets away, and we liberate some captured officials.
Session IV
The Train
Defending a cargo train from speeder bike raiders.
Session V
Starfighters
Dealing with nervy planetary defenders. Some talking down required.
Session VI
Bazaar
Very corrupt independent spaceport, clandestine meetings, chasing pickpockets, all that Casablanca vibe.
Session VII
Trust
Our roguish space pilot has problems with an ex who's now one of the local smuggling cartel. Will she betray him to her allies?
Session VIII
Hope
A "this works in this era" thing - the young guy with a touch of the Force is able to talk the smugglers around.
Sure, then we have to escape from the corporate enforcer spaceships, but it's nice to get some positivity!
Session IX
Gulag
Rescuing two thousand prisoners from a ship bound for a mining asteroid. We climbed through vents and had to fight guards outside in spacesuits and everything!
Session X
Plans
What are these collecting all this ore for anyway?
Shockingly not a giant laser planet or something.
A man-portable planet-depopulator...
Session XI
The Button
How do you stop someone who can kill everybody on a planet if he gets to the right place?
Ideally without causing a mass panic with people rushing the spaceports, shooting at anybody who looks suspicious and the like?
No pressure, Force sensitive guy...
Session XII
The Shadow
Running blaster fight with Imperial loyalists who know the bomber is important but don't know why (and stop when they find out) and then he gets to the target and... you know how the Force can move things? Works on contact wires too.
Session XIII
The Rings Of Karn
A planetary royal gala! Dressing all fancy! Courtly intrigue! An assassination attempt! That kind of thing!
Session XIV
The Farthest Star
Helping a refugee ship pursued by the warlord's ships, and captained by an old love of the gruff veteran.
Session XV
The Hunt
Hiding from warlord ships in a nebula and approaching their cruiser to infiltrate and sabotage it.
Session XVI
Into The Fire
A running battle in the warlord's ship! Allies from previous sessions show up in the nick of time! The Force user finds a lightsaber in the vault! Lots of stuff blows up!
